 Ranked as one of "America's Top 100 Golf Ranges" the newly renovated Kansas Sports Center is a 32-acre recreational facility that also includes a full line discount golf pro shop, PGA instructors, state-of-the-art baseball and softball batting cages, 18-hole miniature golf course, sand volleyball court and other popular, family-oriented amenities.
Our popular Sports Center will continue to remain as a public access practice facility next to The Golf Club of Kansas and will temporarily serve as the golf shop for The Golf Club of Kansas. When the new clubhouse is completed and opens, this temporary golf shop will be converted into the home of the Kansas Golf School.
Since 2002, we have made extensive renovations and improvements in the Sports Center. Looking for fun place to practice your golfing skills? Our Sports Center is one of the best you're going to find. Our facilities include a 3,500 square-foot golf shop, featuring some of the best prices on equipment and golfing apparel in the area as well as a snack bar with great beverages and food.
The practice area includes a 16-stall covered and heated hitting bay, 35 mat tee stations, 50  tee stations on three grass tee complexes, a fairway practice bunker and a new putting and chipping green area.
This is an outstanding place to get instruction in golf whether you're a beginner or an advanced player. We have three full time PGA professional instructors available to provide you with private lessons and group clinics and programs. We also offer summer junior golf camps.
You'll have access to the latest high-tech equipment to analyze your swing. Our pros use the V1 Professional Video Analysis System and a Vector Launch Monitor. We also have fitting carts from major club manufacturers.
